TEGERNSEE LAUF

For this project, I filmed the Tegernseelauf from start to finish, capturing the scenic lakeside course along the way. Working independently, I wanted to experiment with a cinematic style inspired by Paddy Cartwright, focusing on his approach to filming and editing.

The video emphasises the character of the race, using ultra slow motion, unique sound design and a black-and-white aesthetic to capture its rhythm, effort and atmosphere. Although this was a personal project, it enabled me to explore creative filming techniques and editing styles that go beyond traditional race coverage.
