WÖRTHSEE TRIATHLON

Set against the scenic backdrop of Wörthsee in Bavaria, this triathlon was met with a real challenge: heavy rain throughout the day. Athletes competed in both the sprint and Olympic distances, creating an intense and challenging atmosphere.

I covered the event privately, aiming to capture both the fast-paced action and the finer details. Using a combination of flash and slow shutter techniques, I documented everything from the chaotic swim start to the determination visible during each transition. The images, which highlight the raw energy and resilience of the athletes despite the weather, were shared on Instagram.
